Have started but it’s hard to find reading time in gardening season (because our season is so short)

Back and forth ….. not fond of this format. Prefer a story from beginning to end
Back and forth ….. not fond of this format. Prefer a story from beginning to end This isn’t a book I would stay up all night to finish.
Lots of twists and turns. I listened to this one on audible and found the readers good. I have to say that after a certain point I wasn't believing the emotional motivations or reactions of the characters. Nevertheless, I did stay with it--and enjoyed it for the most part. I would give it 3 and a half stars (on audible I said 4 because it was well-read).

I gave it 2 stars. The pace was incredibly slow for the first half of the book and although it picked up in the last half, the story was just too feeble. Additionally, I don't like books where you bounce back and forth between dates and, with this one, different people. Won't be reading another by this author.
