Having difficulty finding a book title about a book I read when I was a kid. This would’ve been about 15 years ago (mid 2000s). The book was possibly written in the late 1990s. The children’s picture book was about a boy reading a book in his favorite reading noon while reading about another character (a pirate I think) who was reading a book about an alligator who was reading a book about maybe a ghost. This goes on for several characters. At the end, the last character reads about a boy reading in his favorite reading nook.
