Why can't I find preorders on DCBS?

A lot of times I read or find out about pre-orders here. Then I go onto a website like DCBS, which I heard gets earlier information than CGN. And I can't find any search results for upcoming ..."
Can you give an example of a specific book? I just looked at the PreOrders Tab under Marvel saw a book there, then tried using the search bar and found the same book.

J., DCBS doesn't list every upcoming book on their site. They will offer up a group of different books each month, usually coming out between 3-6 months away. Keep checking back each month for the new listings, and you can preorder them at 50% off.
The Hickman X-Men omni hasn't made it to the DCBS family yet. It's on Amazon though interestingly.Try Tales of Wonder for pre-orders too.

Many times books are announced by Marvel through Neamint/Omar but typically won't go up for order until about three or four months before release. Traditionally, that's about the time frame that Diamond would take orders from comic book stores to order these books.
I have the Absolute Swamp Thing V3 on preorder with DCBS but it showed up last month and DCBS has moved to the next month of preorders. Other sites may still allow you to preorder it though. The only other possibility with this book is if it was canceled by DC, but I haven't heard anything about that. Talesofwonder.com still has it up for preorder.
Bottom line, I think the other books you mentioned are just too far out to be available for preorder (at least on DCBS). Many of us have started preordering from DCBS and will post when new stuff becomes available on their site.

DCBS only takes preorders for the current solicitation month. Usually that’s 3 months ahead for single issues and anywhere from 3-6 for collections. I try and hit DCBS the 2nd week of every month and place my order for that solicit month. I’ll get charged for those books around the 15th of the next month.
Most months DCBS updates their preorders on the 5th. Only difference is if that falls on a weekend. Either way, the preorders are up the whole month. Your card won't be charged until mid-month after you order. So, order on 5JUN, and you'll be charged on or about 15JUL. Then, depending on how you selected your shipping, you'll receive one shipment a month with anything released that month that you've preordered. For example, I pre-ordered all new wolverine back in November or something, and it just arrived today.
Hickman's X-Men is on DCBS right now. They just added June's preorders.
