Issues with multiple Gemma Files books

While browsing some books by Gemma Files that I was going to add to my to-read list, I noticed several issues with some of the books. I figured it would be best to put them all in one thread instead of making multiple separate threads, but if multiple threads would be preferred, I'll delete this one and make separate ones.

Kissing Carrion
This short story collection Kissing Carrion was originally published in 2003, then republished in 2015 and 2020. The 2003 and 2015 editions are listed on the same page, but the 2020 editions are listed as a separate book entirely. Furthermore, the 2020 ebook edition is missing cover art. Could somebody please:

1. Merge the 2020 editions of Kissing Carrion with the earlier editions?

The same issues that are present with Kissing Carrion are present with The Worm in Every Heart. Could somebody please:

1. Merge the 2020 editions of The Worm in Every Heart with the earlier published 2004 and 2015 editions?

Bumping this thread once more with one more request on a Gemma Files book. Could somebody please add cover art to the 2020 e-book edition of We Will All Go Down Together?
