Requesting Series Information Update

1. I've created the series and added the description
2. This needs more info:
A, Which cover picture was used for the Paperback edition? "A Novel" tagline?
B, Do I understand correctly that at Amazon you've replaced the Paperback cover with the new one without actually having a reprint?
C, The Kindle edition was originally published with which cover? The old one (A Novel) or the new one? Did you change it later?

A. The paperback was published with the tagline: A Novel. It still appears with that tagline in its paperback amazon listing because it cannot be edited at this point. However, I can freely edit the novel in KDP's interface and have had to make a few minor updates or alterations since the launch. In that, I was able to actually change the image of the cover art and update the text of the novel so its subtitle actually reads "Book One in the Crowley & Iwamoto Files" in the book, though its listing on Amazon is unalterable at this point.
B. Yes, that is correct, and it seems to have worked. If you need to keep the paperback listing on Goodreads as Cape Contrition: A Novel, I understand and am good with that. As long as at least the Kindle Edition shows that tagline and both editions are listed as part one in a series, I'm highly pleased with that outcome.
C. Kindle edition was originally published with the cover and tagline that simply reads: A Novel. I was able to change that tagline and cover image to "Book One In the Crowley & Iwamoto Files" after the fact, and was able to make that update to the published tagline freely in that edition.
This whole thing was a learning curve for me as a first-timer with Kindle Direct's interface. I appreciate your work on this.

Please start a new thread and indicate which books need to be added, and the numbers. This discussion is about Benjamin's books.

If you need to set the new cover as the default edition, here is how:

1: Cape Contrition is the first in a series called "The Crowley & Iwamoto Files." That series has the following overview listed on Amazon, which I'd appreciate being added to the series overview on Goodreads: The Pacific Northwest is known for its brooding, rainy climate, its storm-battered coasts, trackless woods and deserts, bigfoot sightings, and serial killers. Many make light of the spooky legends Oregonians tell, but not Joe Crowley. A troubled World War II veteran, author, and reluctant amateur paranormal investigator, Joe has had a brush or two with horrors that have made him a believer in the weird and diabolical. In a story spanning decades and touching haunting, disturbing events across the state of Oregon, Joe Crowley, his young firebrand protégé Hana Iwamoto, and their reluctant allies have a bad habit of brushing up against things that aren't supposed to exist. I hope you brought your flashlight, reader. You're about to step into the dark.
2: Cape Contrition's cover tagline and back-jacket description have been slightly updated since the publication date to reflect that it is now Book One in the Crowley & Iwamoto Files. I'm hopeful that information can also be reflected here. These updates have been completed through KDP, but the book is still First Edition with the same ISBNs for Kindle and Paperback. I may do a second edition down the road. Here is the link you would like to consult that: https://www.amazon.com/Cape-Contritio...
Thank you! And please let me know if you have any questions. Grateful for you folks.
