Hi! Please see if you can figure out the title of this book!

Hi! So the book has three point of views; 2 girls & 1 boy. One girl lives in a farm (I believe) and the other girl in the city (the city girl dreams of being a model) and the boy is a quiet troubled kid I believe. The two girls are switching homes meaning they are moving (farm girl to city, city girl to farm). Of course they do not like it at all. They end up meeting at the farm. The boy gets recommended I believe by his teacher to go to the farm too. There’s a star or comet shower or something similar to that during the book as well. I read this book back in maybe 2009-2010. I’ve been looking for it for so many years!! Thank you in advance y’all :)
