Searching for books with enemies in love trope during wartimes

I hope this is the right place to add this request!

I recently watched "Suite francaise" on Netflix (a movie where a french woman falls in love with the German soldier during German occupation of France). I am now searching for books with similiar tropes. I
mportant for me is the romance (and the conflict of being in love with the enemy), not specifically the setting.
World War II would be good, but can also be set sometime else or even be fantasy. Main characters must be on opposite sides during the war.

La puttana del tedesco (the title means "The German's wh**e", but the book is not vulgar or erotic: it refers to the hostility the townspeople have towards this woman for sleeping with the enemy)
this book tells a similar story. Italian woman and German soldier fall in love while Italy is occupied by the Nazis. I'm afraid it's only available in Italian.

edit: I recommend "Suite française" the book too, it's very good
