Can’t drag and drop titles in series into correct order

Hi. I added titles #1 and #3 to the existing Freddie O’Neal mystery series, but they are at the end of the list, out of order. The edit page says to drag and drop to adjust order. I’m not able to make that work on my tablet (iPad running 14.5.1, with the goodreads page in desktop version). I’ve tried using both fingers and stylus but only end up highlighting text - is there a trick I’m missing? Or could someone please adjust them for me? (The correct numbers are in the title information). Thanks. :)

Are you using the green arrows? It's always best to use a real computer rather than some mobile device.
