Paranormal romance kidnapping with multiple love intrests

The book is a paranormal romance book. There is a girl that gets kidnapped and then one of the guys she likes comes to rescue her but then he gets kidnapped too and some how he gets like brain washed into forgetting her or wanting to kill her i cant remember ehat but also when the girl was kidnapped one of the people guarding her for their leader gives her food but there is maggets or something gross in it. Also later on in the book the guy that got kidnapped had sex with this one chick and then gets killed but the girl saves her baby (all the men were in love with the girl but one ended up falling for thr girl that eventually dies) i think there might be werewolves? But also the girl when the guy got kidnapped like she could tell what happened to him like there was a bond? Also she ended up suxking him off infrony of the people that work for him he is royalty
