The weirdest thing happened today...

So after dinner, my dad decided to play some rock music. He saw that next year the bands he was playing had concerts together, and he saw that one of the concerts is in our area. Then he said that he wants me or my mom, or both of us, to come to the concert with him. No, I will not. I will not go to a crazy loud rock concert where the main audience is 40+ years old.
Then, I told him that BLACKPINK is way better than his weird rock bands. So he put on the BP song How You Like That. My mom and I started dancing :) but my dad said that the song is unoriginal.
Excuse me-
that is just rude.
So then I asked my mom if she was a fan of BLACKPINK now, since she was dancing to it. She said no.

In conclusion - my parents still like BTS more than BLACKPINK, my dad hated on BLACKPINK, and he wants me to go to a rock concert with him.

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo is killing me.
I was reading in the car on the way home from dance today and I starting gasping and crying. My mom thought that something terribly wrong had happened to me. So i just explained that the book i was reading was breaking my heart.

I'm also reading The Astonishing Color of After which I also think might be a new favorite <33
It's very different from The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, but its perfection ✨

The main character, Leigh, is amazing.
There's an emotion in this book that makes my heartache - when a character is lost and confused. And when they can't get escape their situation.
I also love the way the author gives all the background info and builds a picture through flashbacks.
I feel like there is a lot about family secrets, I probably won't predict the ending. But I'm 90% sure that it will be beautiful and heartbreaking.
