So for Question 7 (board game), there can be 2 to 6 players (I said Clue). Does that mean I can pick a book that has any number of MCs, as long as it's between 2 and 6?

What do you consider a MC? Like, does the book have to be from the MC POV, or can the MC not have any chapter from their perspective?

Yes, then anywhere between 2 and 6.
And it's up to you how you interpret MC, when you read a book, decide for yourself how many are there. It's not necessary for MC to have their own Pov.

-- in this, can the book have other color also, other than white and black? Though majority would be white, then black, followed by the other color.

No there isn't any distinction this time. You can use any prompt for an emoji and you'll get 4 points.
