SOLVED. Short Story about a girl traveling and meets two men

I think she is traveling in Europe and one of the men might be named Jimmy. She has a romance with the jimmy character but then has a kiss with the other man and jimmy walks in on them. Things are weird after this and I think the men leave without her the next day. There’s a description of their raincoats as they’re leaving. There’s also a scene where the guy jimmy moves all the plants from the hotel across the street into the flat where they’re staying. There’s a lot of drinking in this story and lots of drunken hookups between the main characters, but in the end she talks about her husband and her quiet life and how she frequently still thinks about this time in her life. I read this short story in a intro to creative writing textbook for a class I took last year in college. This story was rewritten 5-6 times before it was published and that was the prompt for the section we were learning.

Hopefully someone will recognise the story itself, but another way to find it would be to find the textbook it was in and work from there. Do you remember which textbook it was, or would you recognise the cover if you e.g. searched Amazon for "introduction to creative writing textbook"?
