The cover of the book was dark blue graphics of a clock’s cogs. Tir n’a nog is specifically named. I don’t remember much about the plot beyond what’s in the header, although I think the girl main character came from a lower class family with a couple siblings. She rides a bus at one point (vague sorry haha) and I think her sister goes out to celebrate New Years Eve. I would have read it somewhere between 2008-2013 and I think it was recently published at the time. Driving me nuts, any help appreciated!!
