Max Truty | 3 comments Me and my brother used to love this book when we were little kids, I'm trying to remember the plot, but it was really short and cartoon looking I believe and there were just two main characters and they accidentally switched jobs or vacation homes or something and nothing fit them because one was really short and one was really tall and they were in the wrong place, but I can't remember the name of it or the author. Please help!

Were the men's skin red and green, or did they wear red and green?
Part of a series?
Time period/location story takes place?

I can't remember if it was their skin or clothes. It was not part of a series, and it didn't have a distinct time period or location, it was just like a random kids story place.

Erin Fencil | 27 comments Sure they were humans? Big Dog... Little Dog by P.D. Eastman has "Fred and Ted," dogs wearing green and red shirts, going on vacation and finding that their beds and other accommodations don't fit...until they switch.

Erin Fencil | 27 comments You're most welcome! There are a few other Fred and Ted books in the series; I always liked this one because of the little bird who ends the book simply, "Why make big problems out of little problems?" :)
