Samuel | 1 comments A great book that was heavily illustrated and written for kids (without being a picture book) had several different types of stories. The ones that I can remember are: Sedna the sea goddess, the woman who fell from the sky and the big turtle, and grandmother spider stole the sun. Three others that I cant google enough to get the names of are: a boy who went on a hunt to get seal blubber for his and his grandmas oil lantern, but ate on the way and cpuldnt fit back in the ogloo, but made it back in through the eye of a needle. A greedy fox who tried to eat the stars. And (this one doesn't fit but...) one about a boys dog who got cut in half length wise, and ended up still living but half of him was upside-down.

Other than above I have no information or other memories. I read it around 2009, but it was passed to me from a family friend whos kids were young in the early 90's, and she doesnt remember anything either!

I found something that might be it, ive purchased it on amazon without knowing if its actually it because the only picture i can find on the internet is exclusively the front cover. My phone is almost dead so I will be commenting what books ive ruled out so far!!!
