SOLVED. YA set in Maine lobster shack and game where someone died. [s]

I read this in my tweens/teens so probably mid-90s. From what I remember a girl (maybe had siblings? not sure) moved to Maine and worked (or hung out) at a lobster shack where after close they would play some game in the woods. Someone got killed (I think) while playing this game and then it was a who did it type of book. I wish I could remember more details.
