When Nina finds out Finch took the image of Lyla, she's equal parts enraged and disappointed. How would you react if your son or daughter did the same thing?

Let me start with - I don't have kids. Therefore, it is a little hard for me to be put into a position of a parent.

I don't know what to do with a child like that would victimize another and think nothing of it. I think the author did a great job diving into that dilemma. Your Kid Is a Monster- now what? Also your husband is fine with it?!? I can completely see leaving him, taking the kid and making him sit in therapy until he realizes what he did was wrong.

I find it interesting that we keep picked another book with monster child, we did "Baby Teeth" before, what's next "Defending Jacob" :).

Elaine | 2 comments I think I would be disappointed, but I would probably be disappointed in myself as well (Oh, where did I go wrong) Truthfully, you can only guide children in the right direction. You can't force your beliefs on them. Most young adults do their share of stupid things. Thank goodness there were no cellphone cameras in my youth.
