Notting Hill plot - common/ordinary guys falls for/is in love with/is pursued by a wealthy/famous heroine

I am sorry if I missed a thread about this. I do think some "beta hero" books would fit this type, but a lot of the beta hero books that I have read, the hero is often still a duke/prince, etc. (just introverted/shy/not as good looking). Also I think some of the "nerd" books I have read, the guy is a "nerd" or 'computer geek" but then also winds up being amazingly hot/movie-star looks once he takes off his shirt LOL...or was undercover but really was the CEO or something...

Basic premise:
Ordinary Joe/Common Guy fall in love with (or even better is pursued by) a rich and/or famous and/or titled heroine

Any idea of reverse plots like that? Historical or contemporary.

Would prefer that Hero not end up secretly being a prince/billionaire/long-lost heir, etc., etc.

Background of what made me think of this:
I just read some books by Nancy Herkness and her books had a rich CEO/world-famous author/world-famous football play, who also all were amazing handsome and rich - fall in love with ordinary girls in ordinary jobs (office temp, assistant concierge, psychologist) - and really pursued the girls. Plus I am sure I can think of some like that with historicals...titles are eluding me at the moment.
