You can add them yourself by going to the link below, just remember the 2 spaces between your names when inputing the author name.

I tried to add it and got an error because there are two Chris Kennedys. Could you please add it and assign it to me? The book is on Amazon, but doesn't want to transfer in for some reason.

#3 - Looks like you already added the ebook edition here: Self-Publishing for Profit: How to Get Your Book Out of Your Head and Into the Stores

You just forgot to put the 2 spaces between your first and last name. I moved it to your profile. You should be able to edit it now, and add the kindle edition, by clicking on the "add a new edition" link on the book page.
