Book was already in the database (albeit with the ISBN-13 only, and incorrectly listed as Kindle): シャンパーニュ 1: Champagne. I corrected the entry and added the Kindle edition as a separate entry.

While it is true the Japanese write the family name first, Goodreads favours the regular Western format (e.g.: Yasunari Kawabata, Junichiro Tanizaki, etc.)
