Spoiler tags not working in answer to a question

I answered a question about The Sheep Dragon. I forgot to put spoiler tags around my answer when I first gave it, but I later went back and added them. However, they don't seem to be doing anything. In fact, the tags are just showing up as part of the response. You can see it here:
