In Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban, Fred and George had the marauders map, so wouldn't they have noticed Ron was sleeping with someone named Peter Pettigrew every night? Or at least always with Peter since he always had his rat.

My favorite theory is that Fred and George might've thought he had a boyfriend, but at the same time an 11 year old shouldn't be sleeping with their partner...
