Descriptions for bonus points:★ Is the first book in a series.
★ Is a standalone book.
★ Is a standalone book within a series
(must be clear on Goodreads that this is the case)
★ Is written by an author you haven't read before.
★ Has the letter 'N' (for New) for 'B' (for Beginnings) in the title/series name/author name.
★ Has an edition published recently (so 2020, or 2021)
(For all bonus points, it must be the first time you are reading the book. Re-reads will not count for bonus points for this challenge.)

@Amelia- That's no problem! I have 2 other buddy reads to get to this week/next week as well. These are just the three holds that came in early :)I'll wait for you if you think it will be this month sometime!

Right now I'm rereading The Maze Runner series which is a dystopian. I just read Charming as a Verb, a contemporary YA romance that was super cute
Hi Emily! I saw you just read and enjoyed The Kingdom of the Wicked. There is a buddy read for Stalking Jack the Ripper (by the same author) starting sometime next week. I haven't read it yet, but I've heard people liked that book even better than The Kingdom of the Wicked.
