Law enforcement seemed to be playing from behind in the investigation and Tobias knew about the sting. Is there a leak in the FBI also?

Someone (maybe Nicole) alluded to another leak besides the one in the DEA. I just can't figure out who it is.

Sad to say, there has to be another leak. I've go no idea who. I don't think it's a main character, maybe a support staff type person?

I’m clueless. Lots of guesses but that’s all they are.
