Hi! I’m trying to remember a picture book I had as a child. I know it involved a blond child, strawberries, potentially pancakes with strawberries on them, and the moon. I can’t remember if the child goes strawberry picking. I think her dad made the pancakes? Or they could be waffles. I just remember her looking up at the moon. I would’ve read this in the early-mid 90s. Could be from the 80s though. My mom thinks it was published by scholastic. TIA!

Not a series, not sure of the time period, but I think it was modern 1980s-1990s, full page realistic illustrations, either paint or colored pencil.
