Could we please have Rising added as Book 3 of The Relic Trilogy?

Also, could Riven: The Relic Trilogy: Book II please be removed entirely? It's a duplicate with no ratings/reviews so just needs to be deleted rather than combined/merged.

Lieke | 4925 comments Added book 3, and combined the Riven books since they where different editions (paperback/kindle/ebook).
