Monet & Oscar question

Here is a message from a reader in Paris.

I have received your book and read the first three chapters, met Monet, Oscar, and the formidable Isabelle ;-) : I am already caught by the characters. I like the way you have introduced them, their stories, and the way they are connected, touch by touch. Also, I am impressed by the accuracy of your descriptions: the 22 rue de Provence does exist, it even still shows the aspect of Bing’s as seen on StreetView. Have you been to that place?
