My only explanation is that a) it was all a dream or b) it's an upcoming release.
I even checked 2021 and 2022 releases on Worldcat. Do you think it could be NA and not YA? How old were the girls?

Very late response but — I think I was mixing Future Leaders of Nowhere with Keeping Her Secret (or something similar) after reading a few "summer camp" ya reading lists. Thanks for all the great suggestions : )
