Juvenile Novel: Each chapter focuses on a different child with special abilities/gifts. Last chapter has all of them together. Read from 2007-2011.

Each chapter in the book focused on a child with special or unique gifts. I remember one of the kids, a boy, had this special ability to diagnose people (I think it was with a pair of glasses), and he was basically some type of doctor. Another kid had something to do with the circus. At the end of the book, all the kids are together (for whatever reason) and interacting with their various abilities. I also believe this last chapter takes place with them all on either a train or a plane.

The authors last name name began with either a D, E, F, G, H, or I (I know this because the book was near The Whipping Boy on the library shelf) The book was blue, and on the larger side, with color illustrations.

I read it either in 2007-2011.
