Agents of SHIELD: A man who was presumed dead in a movie builds a team of misfits. A hacker who was exposing secrets from the organization the man works for, a british scientist, a scottish engineer, a non-people person killer/specialist, and a desk worker with a strange nickname. They solve weird crimes and cases together. The man wants to know how and why he was brought back to life, someone betrays them, and the organization the man worked for collapses. Then there are 6 more seasons :).

Basically season 1 without the spoilers, I think.

Doctor Who: Time traveler who never dies fights aliens and explores the universe with human companions.

PLL: A girl is dead. Maybe. Maybe not. Meanie A sends mean threats. They fight back. They take 6 seasons to figure out who Meanie A is. They take a 7th season to make high schoolers all grown up and make some depressing break ups and new ships. It’s a long tv series based on a 23-book book series (I believe)
