Could you please combine these two books:

The second one is the German Edition, was published 1st February 2005 by EMA - Egmont Manga und Anime and has 210 pages.

Done, except page count. Worldcat has 196 pages for this ISBN (9783770461868), if you have copy in hand, please tell what is there on pages 197-210?

Page 197 is still the manga itself
198-200 is bonus material (concept art)
201-210 ads for other publications (which probably shouldn't count)

I'd say we count bonus material as it is book-related, and we don't count ads, you are right. 200 pages, then.
