Desperately want to read this again but cannot remember title

I believe genre to be ya but some sex scenes in it. 2 best friends are going to college, night before they go decide to go out where she sees bad boy who is her friend out. He has promised her dad to always take care of her though so he doesnt act. They drive to college and go out to a night club 2 girls and 2 boys when power goes out. Shehurts her ankle. They make it outside and realise that war has started with an EMP. They drive in her old truck as it has no electric parts and try to head home as his dad has a bunker with stored food etc for just this type of thing happening. "Planes falling out of tne sky" sheer chaos all around. They gut hijacked by escaped convicts who take truck and what foodand water they have. They then walk in blistering temperatures suffering dehydration. Find cabin in woods and a lake where they clean up. They malke it home and they move in with bad boys family. Militia take them. She gets pregnant . Its about love conquering things as she goes back to her home and ends up nearly raped by the foul smelling greasy escaped convict but she kills him. She buries her dad under the tree in her garden. They suffer hunger due to winter and no electricty. She travels by horseback to go look for her badboy boyfriend as he doesnt return. When he does return hes in a very bad way and they are not sure if he will make it. They end up getting married by their own little cabin that they have and realise that she is pregnant again. I believe it is a little girl they have. There is love, survival, loss, learning and friendships in this book or books. Not sure of year published but i read this on my kindle around 2013 - 2017
