Supervisory Special Agent Juan Casilla, Lucy’s boss, takes Lucy to task and puts her on 2-week administrative leave, letting her know he knew she’d accompanied Kane & Sean to Mexico. He was more disappointed than angry. Your thoughts about what he said to her and their relationship going forward?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 3009 comments He was absolutely right. The FBI is not an organization that rewards rogue agents, even if the outcome, as here, is right. I think Agent Cassilla really wants Lucy to succeed and he will to whatever he can to help her.

Robin (robinmy) | 2485 comments Juan knows she is smart and a good agent, but he can't have her going rogue and doing her own thing. He was correct in putting her on leave. I'm just surprised it wasn't for a longer period.

Agree with both of you. It was so clear that he was more disappointed and scared for her than angry. This is a relationship she needs to nurture. Lucy is lucky it was just two weeks.

Melissa (melissasd) | 676 comments Since her knows that she lied to him I'm afraid that he'll have a hard time trusting her.
I agree with his decision also, but I also agree that it should have been longer.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3548 comments The punishment was too light. I agree Melissa, how will he trust her in the future.

I don’t know how they rebuild that trust.
