If I see a review that capsulizes my thoughts about a book I’ve read, and the review is perfectly written, how do I indicate that I liked (insert name)’s review? Thanks!

You are welcome. I know for me, if my tablet is in mobile mode, Goodreads and other webpages will not show everything or will not work properly. I have to have my tablet in desktop mode for those webpages to act right.
