#405 NABed, but someone just made this listing up so that they could shelve the whole series at once.
#407 NABed because a librarian made a note arguing a case for not merging it due to duplicate reviews so I just left it as NAB. If someone feels they should be merged anyway, I will be happy to do that.

If there is a merge target it should be merged. I left it as NAB in this case but normally I would merge it into the first book in the series or a real box set. If someone thinks it should be merged then I will be happy to do so.
If there is no merge target AND there are text reviews of the item, then the author should be NOT A BOOK.
If there is no merge target and there are NO text reviews, it should be deleted outright. Shelvings and star ratings are immaterial; it is the text reviews that are important.
