Normally I wouldn't have noticed, but I'd been through the thread a couple of times trying to decide what to read and didn't recognize it. I also probably wouldn't have thought too much about it if you'd just said you were reading it, but when I saw that you'd asked a question about it and looked a little more into it, it kind of triggered something. Glad it all worked out though!

I'm about 70 pages into mine. Sorry a bit backed up today with work crap 🤪. Oddly, though, the Kindle page count says 221, but it registers as 270 on my Kobo 😳. So, hopefully there's a book preview or something at the end of this so I'm not even more behind 🤣

Oh, shoot. Liz, I think you might have done what Chan did. It has to be a book that the other team read for this challenge, not just something from their read shelves. They have a few Rokesby books on there, but I didn't see any Bridgerton. Unless I missed it?

Do you know how to search audio books on KU? I run across them by happen chance.

It looks like Lea read Because of Miss Bridgerton for Task 3 but not this specific Bridgerton book. Any chance it will still count since it is where I'm at in the series? If not they've read some books I've already read that could be a quick reread for me.

As far as I know all of both Kendra Elliot's and Melinda Leigh's stuff is on KU for both kindle and audio. I thought I'd mentioned that earlier, but the way my brain has been working lately it probably never made it out of my brain onto the screen!

As far as searching goes, I seem to remember one time a while back getting into a search that only included KU books, but don't remember how I got there and can't recreate it right now. I'll try again after I get home this afternoon.

But Because of Miss Bridgerton is listed as being in the Rokesby's series, not the Bridgerton series, so is it still ok? I know it's a spin-off series, but does it need to be listed on the book page? It's linked as the prequel to Bridgertons on the series page.

You could have mentioned it and I forgot by the time i was looking for it.

I can search KU books, but i was wondering if there was a way to search for the KU book that have the audio linked for free. I've been playing with it for a couple of days and can't figure it out. I might call Amazon and see if there is way to search for it.

No, the two series are separate, so another book in the Rokesbys series would work, but not something from the Bridgertons series.

Ok, I don't know how to find those either...you can click the box for books that have audio versions, but it doesn't distinguish which ones are free with KU. If you find anything out from Amazon, please let me know!

It's ok. Luckily it was a Julia Quinn novel and I had the day off. lol I was able to read it throughout the day.
