I write Coming of Age stories in a light sci-fi setting. The characters are in a society where adulthood starts at fourteen. They deal with relationships, pirates, mental health labels, true love, and the occasional failure. Well, okay, some of the characters occasionally fail; the series main character does so on a routine basis.

hey, so I was watching the shadow and bone series on netflix and it reminded me of this book. i can’t remember the name and it’s bugging the heck out of me so i was wondering if u guys have also read it. its a ya fantasy and i remember they have to have certain stones for their powers to work. the main character (a girl) is captured in a castle and is super powerful. i remember at some time in the second or third book (its a trilogy) she had sex with the prince. i also remember there’s a character named blake or something who does this earth bending thing but is slowly going crazy cause of the mines and eventually sacrifices himself for the good of the world. if any of u have read it pls tell me cause i remember reading it a long time ago and loving the series.

I've been having lots of technical trouble with Goodreads this week. So, when I attempted to join in on a poll this morning, an alert popped up telling me I'm no longer a member of your group! Goodreads seems to have caused it with their technical problems. I was able to rejoin without trouble, but wanted you to know just in case you wonder about it. Hopefully it won't happen again. I'd better check all of my groups for the same issue. I enjoy this group & all the others, too!🤗*I haven't been getting updates or notifications at all this week.🤔

Hi Nelly! All is well here in Pennsylvania. The rain just passed and now the sun is shining and the birds are singing. I love this time of year!
Sounds great Pamela! It’s been raining here in Sweden all day and it’s very cold too haha, I long for spring!!I don’t really understand how this app works tbh, can one answer others comments or do one have to write a new one on the bottom of the page?
This is hard ahah, I have no clue how this works at all.

If you want to reply to a comment, click on "reply" at the bottom right side of the comment to which you would like to reply. A comment box should show up, along with the comment you want to reply to, and then you can add your reply directly to that comment. Hope that I didn't just totally confuse you, but that's the best way I could explain it!😊
Hmm, I can’t see a reply button at all🤔 Maybe I don’t have the latest version or something haha, or does it work differently for android and apple?

Looks like it works on the computer anyway🤪I suppose this is how my parents feel when they ask me how to use instagram and so on ahah, I'm totally lost😂
My 5 year old brother just caught a spoon on fire, not on purpose, by accident (he rubbed up again the stove) in the kitchen, thank God there wasn’t a huge fire and nothings burned down, but the house smells horrible
wait he did what?? and can i get a tutorial????
There was a wooden spoon sitting on the stove and he turned the stove on and the spoon caught on fire

Ooh on the app there isn't a reply button, BUT one of my friends told me a technique to get the desktop version on the phone.
Here-
1. Go to google chrome and search ‘Goodreads’.
2. Sign in through your account.
3. Scroll at the bottom, and you will find something called ‘2021 inc’.
4. Under that, there will be something called ‘desktop version’. Click on that.
5. You’ll now get all features the desktop version has.
So now you should be able to reply this way. :)
