Review - Loved the MCs, Aubrey and Patrick. Both are survivors, they know what grief and loss are. I enjoyed their connection, the highly involved villagers and the beautiful background of ocean and lighthouse.

But I was expecting more here, in terms of justice for Aubrey and that's all sort of glossed over in the final pages. Altogether a sweet read.

I like her books, this one especially, but she tends to tell instead of show - which annoys me. Her books also tend to be on the sweet side, which I like, but she might be too sweet for a lot of readers. She also doesn't write sex scenes (at least in the books I've read).

In this book in particular the characters spend a lot of time talking shop, which gets old, but if you want to know how to build a youtube following or how to be a lets-player, you might like it :). I think it could have used an epilogue too.

Okay. I was curious as I checked the blurbs and most of their books have MCs with some sort of disability and looked interesting.

I am currently reading their His Two Leading Men. Its okay with a MC having severe anxiety and there is polyamory. But it all feels so scripted with unreal characters. Dont know...

Review - Loved this sequel of Him. It was good to revisit Jamie and Wes. Eventhough they are living together, they need to figure out when and how to open their closet to the world. And they have lots of good friends and a great family for support.

Review - Loved this story. Its hilarious, cute and full of lovely people. YA romance with no sex thankfully. I read an excerpt and was hooked immediately. Bought the book and couldn't put it down. Darren is one of the best characters I have ever read and he just lights up your world as well as everyone else's in the story.
