I'm aiming for 80000 words, and I'm at about 25000. I hope to have the first draft finished in about a month, and then I'll pass it along to some beta readers for feedback.

So hopefully that will put it on track for a release in the first half of 2015, if I can actually put a burst of speed on and get the thing written!

But it's so much fun writing Brady again. A slightly grown up Brady, but still hanging onto all that bad attitude. :) (less)

“I'm a supporter of gay rights. And not a closet supporter either. From the time I was a kid, I have never been able to understand attacks upon the gay community. There are so many qualities that make up a human being... by the time I get through with all the things that I really admire about people, what they do with their private parts is probably so low on the list that it is irrelevant.”

I'm actually a little further north of there, in Townsville, but it's looking like we're going to have an interesting few days.

It's not often you see a reference to Alva Beach in the media though! Usually nothing happens there. :)
