A Lil background on my cousin and her relationship with this "friend"

He became friends with her when she was in 8th grade. He was toxic and when she realised that, she decided to drop him. And then he proceeds to tell her that he has a crush on her????

And now he makes her choose between him and all of her other friends. Keep in mind that my cousin doesn't even have a slight interest in this guy. But he kept on calling her a sl*t for having more than one guy friend

So I stepped in and told him about how he is like all other men. And he called me a b*tch. Of course, of course. So decided to pour my heart out and educate him but he still says men are in power of women. I ended the conversation calling him a misogynistic asshole. A few minutes later, my cousin came in and she told me that he was just joking and it was not meant to be taken to heart. (As if that justifies anything). And then he proceeds to apologise to me with half baked lies
