I’m no stranger to losing friends. Some of them left while others moved away. It’s nothing new.
When I joined goodreads, all I expected to find here was books and more books. What I didn’t expect were friends. They grew to be my sisters. I preferred their company over anybody else’s. We love each other, are always here for them. But we are never ever insulting.
Everybody here is my family. People who keep me sane and stop Me from going mad. It lately, three important people have left. First Adela, the life and light of this group. Without her, these friends wouldn’t exist. She’s amazing. Her leaving was like a slap. That’s bad enough.
Second, my older sister, Mrunal. A break. A distraction. From your own head. Been there, done that. I get it. But it’s…it’s not fair.
Third, the only other person I respected as much as Mrunal- Aashi. A month. It’s too long. Just way too long.
The final punch.

My name has hiatus written next to it. I really haven’t been on one. But from tomorrow, I’m going to be on a hiatus till Wednesday. To distract myself from my head. I have my final test coming up and if J want to be a clad topper, I really need to study. I’m sorry, everyone 😔
