To all the people with depression, I want you to know that you are not alone. You have never been alone. Alone is a spectrum used to manipulate your feeling and never, ever let it win you. Fight, scream, rage like the ruler you are but never let it win you over. There are phases or stages in depression that you might not know you entered. I am not saying being alone is good but maybe you just need to be yourself. After all the pretense and faking smiles, don’t you want to be with yourself? Please don’t brush off who you and what makes you, you. If the others don’t like that about you, then they have a very bad taste love.

I don’t know how many phases there are in depression but according to me, there are four. The beginning stage, the moderate, the doubt phrase and the end. The beginning is where you feel like your life is falling apart and then stop feeling. The moderate is where this intensifies. That is when you have to be more aware because the next stage is terrible. The doubting stage. Where you show symptoms for the final stage. It includes self-harm, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs and all kinds of things that are meant to harm your body and soul. Most of you know what the ‘end’ stage means. I am begging you please, please never let it go to the third stage. You might or might not have an idea of it, bless my soul you might even kind of enjoy it because I did too. But these memories haunt you forever. Every moment you dwell in your brains. Every moment you can’t sleep. Its like a shadow and it never truly leaves you. Just know, we are there to help you.
