#48/49/50 - I think I will leave it up to somebody else with more clout, because this book edition was created by a user who enter 350, and there appears to be an edition with this page count and ISBN.

This is weird. I have the physical book 9788466309158 in my hand that has 446 pages. In Amazon's page http://www.amazon.ca/La-ciudad-y-los-... it's marked having 272 pages, as is in the current Goodreads page. #81 - Since that edition of the book was originally set to 446, I would agree that it was fine to change the page number back. It was changed by an import.On the note of page count, yes it is possible that the same ISBN could have 2 very different page counts. I have seen it before. Often it is the difference between a Mass Market Paperback and a Paperback, both being issued with the same ISBN.
