Dylan (dylan_ry) | 17 comments Read in February of 2019. A girl doesn't fit in with her family, because they all like singing and she prefers writing songs for musicals. Her uncle makes songs for musicals, and her family often makes fun of him for it. At the beginning of the story she has to sing for her family due to a sort of tradition, since she is going to a musical theater camp that her family all goes to. When she goes to the camp, she doesn't fit in due to being new. Her roomate and her seem to have something, and that is one of the main conflicts in the book because main character isn't sure how she feels. There is something with donuts, where if you hooked up with someone the night before you have to bring donuts. The girl doesn't understand this, and just randomly brings donuts because she thought people did it out of the kindess in their hearts.

Always Mackenzie?

Nothing Happened?"

No, none of those. The girls just met in the camp, and adults aren't too much of a factor. It was only from before she went to the camp to around the end of the camp.

No, not that one either. It's not part of a series (as far as I am aware), and the camp is just the preforming arts, which I think are the main differences between that book and the one I am trying to find.
