Personally, I read each book at least 3 times. I just can't understand how people read books only once! The book I have read the most times is The Phantom of the Opera. Yep, I have read it 13 times! How about you? Do you ever reread?

I don't generally re-read books on principle - it isn't necessary for me either in the way that I couldn't remember what happened in book #1 of a series if I take a long break between it and book #2. But there are books I regularly get back to:
Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch (to the extent that I needed to buy a hardcover because my paperback edition wouldn't have stood another re-read without fatal damage), my favourite novels and short stories of Sherlock Holmes, and A Christmas Carol.
My re-reads tend to be more of a mental cuddle blanket than anything else: If I need comforting, I'll roll up in my armchair with either of these books and be ok again after a while.
I used to re-read The Picture of Dorian Gray quite often as well but haven't done so for a few years now.
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone used to be another cuddle blanket book for me - but JKR terfing on twitter is somewhat ruining this childhood safespace of mine so that I can't enjoy it as much anymore.

I reread my books all the time! I've re-read Harry Potter, Twilight, The Grishaverse, An Ember in the Ashes, and The Outsiders a thousand times. I love getting back to a book that I adore when the story is starting to get a bit vague and I don't remember every little detail anymore. I also re-read my books when a new book of the series is published.
I re-read only when I don't have any other accessible books and when I'm at the height of boredom. Considering that I always have a supply of books to read, that doesn't happen very often.
I don't reread often unless it's a book for school. The only series I'll reread for fun is the Harry Potter series
I like re-reading books, mostly when I'm in a reading slump, because that helps, and I do it for fun sometimes when I'm bored.
I love rereading books (but only my favourites and mostly just my favourite parts). I usually do it when I'm in a reading slump or if I want to take a short break from reading my new books.
I only reread books if I know I liked it but don't remember most of the plot points (so usually after a few years). I don't see the point in rereading something if I already know everything that happened.
I don’t really re read books, usually because I feel like I already know what’s going to happen and it just kinda takes away the “new magic” too it. Plus there’s so many other mew books out there! Millions! Maybe even billions!
