i personally really enjoyed the political side of it. i know that many readers criticised this in particular for being dry and all, but i am a great fan of it to be honest and since most ya books don't have a lot of that, it was so intriguing to read :)
also, nikolai's and zoya's povs were fantastic. i have to admit, that i was sometimes a bit bored by nina's pov, however, i like that she got a continuation of her story.
