Okay so I read this book in 2009. I don’t remember much, just the beginning where the girl uses her lipstick end (he thought it was a gun) to force this guy into flying a Cessna with her. They were stuck on this island, maybe crashed there idk, end up finding some treasures and encountering some bad guys. Think they also fell in love along the way. But yeah. It’s definitely not treasure island. I think the cover had some rainbows and a cave
