Tried 7 times to claim my own books and nothing changes

Hello, I represent Pure Truth Publications and I'm the one who added our books to your platform. The problem is you don't know they're associated with this account, I tried to 'claim' them 7 times and never heard back- nothing changed. Also tried sending 4 or so emails to goodreads staff and haven't heard back either. The page said to try contacting the Librarians Group so I'm trying this now. Anyone know how to claim your own books if doing it through the web page doesn't work? Here is the page showing our books that seem to be unlinked to us: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

Publishers cannot become Goodreads Authors. If the actual authors want to set up accounts under their names, they should be able to claim the books that are theirs.

Are self-published authors not allowed in the author program?

Yes, single authors. Not a collective.

Goodreads Librarians are not employees of Goodreads, but volunteers. They have no control over approvals of Goodreads Author status. If you are having a problem with yours, you'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page.
