Are you going to start us off with a couple of book titles that we can build from, or do you want a list of books that we are thinking about reading and we can see if we can link them up?

What do you think about having a couple of chains going at once unless you think that would be to confusing?

I just finished my book and I'm ready to start a new one, but now I might wait so I don't accidently read a book for the chain!!! lol

I think it would probably make sense to have multiple chains going with one main chain. We would see if we could add to the main chain first (I would suggest starting that chain with a book that has a lot of common words in it like Why We Took the Car) then if we couldn't add to that one we would look at the other ones.

I have plenty of books from the library but the ones I'm definitely going to read are Why We Took the Car Ember Queen and For Whom the Book Tolls by Laura Gail Black which I couldn't get a link for. If you want a full list of the library books I have I could give that to you but I don't know when they have to go back. I was also planning on reading We Could Be Heroes by Mike Chen which I also couldn't get a link for. That one is not a library book.

I have lots of other books I can read too and have no problem switching around my February reading plans for the topple. 3 of the ones I mentioned are library books, so if I can't read them for the toppler, I can read them in the coming week.

SISTERS is probably the only useable word in The Star-Crossed Sisters of Tuscany. Unfortunately STAR and CROSSED must be used as one word because of the hyphen.

I just had this thought while I was looking for books to read off of
[book:Not That I Could Tell. If we started one of the chains with https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/8... we could then do Not That I Could Tell then do We could be heroes and that would give us a lot more options then starting with We could be heroes would. What do you think?

I get it because we can build the chain from the other end and would have the words - love, have, then, and kill to work with. I kept thinking we could only build from one direction.

We would also have You, But, and Tell because the words have to be three or more letters and we can use the same word more then once as long as it's still a chain.

I didn't make a plan for what to read in February, so I'm rather flexible. I'll start gophering right away.

I can do Sisters First: Stories from Our Wild and Wonderful Life. If we put that at the front of the chain I could also do Murder on the First Day of Christmas. I could also squeeze in Christmas Is Murder: A Rex Graves Mystery. These are all short books and I own all 3 so I should be good with these, but if they don't work let me know, I'm not locked in to any of these.
