My personal and author Goodreads account (two different accounts, two different e-mails) was recently merged when I didn't ask for it to be.

I've tried reaching out 2x to Goodreads via questions over the past 10 days, but haven't received a response. I know everyone is crazy busy now. Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a way I can reverse it? My personal account existed for over 3 1/2 years and was linked to my FB and Amazon accounts. My author account is recent and was given a separate e-mail and profile, the two were not linked. I did this because I am mostly a children's author and some of my books are definitely not something for children to read due to situations/violence/sex scenes, etc., so I did not want those listed on my author page as being read with ratings, but did want them on my personal page. Now it's all one thing. How do I get my two separate Goodreads identities back again. Is that even possible? Thank you for any assistance.

I only see one book on your profile, and it appears to be a children's book.
